WARM LINES
The HOPE, Inc. Warm Line is a non-emergency peer recovery supported line available from 8AM until 10PM (Mountain Standard Time) at 520-770-9909 or 1-844-733-9912.
The NAMI HelpLine is a national peer-support service and provides information, resource referrals, and support, and is available Monday through Friday, between the hours of 10AM and 8PM (Eastern Time) at 1-800-950-6264.
LGBTQIA+ RESOURCES AND PHONE LINES
The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) National Hotline provides LGBTQIA+ individuals with support and resources: 1-888-843-4564.
The national Trans Lifeline is peer supported, run by trans individuals, offers support to trans folx in crisis: 1-877-565-8860.
The Trevor Lifeline is part of the Trevor Project, a national resource for LGBTQIA+ youth, which offers crisis counseling, support, and resources: 1-866-488-7386.
The SAGE LGBT Elder Hotline connects elder LGBTQIA+ individuals and caretakers with responders providing support and crisis response: 1-877-360-5428.

The Veteran Affairs Southern Arizona Mental Health Care Line offers mental health care to local veterans: 520-629-4884.
